Cow’s milk goes bad so quickly because at room temperature all the bacteria, good & bad, feast on the lactose & produce lactic acid, which sours the milk.

Lots of dangerous buggers in milk; https://www.cdc.gov/foodsafety/rawmilk/raw-milk-questions-and-answers.html

Most of the outbreaks were caused by Campylobacter, Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, or Salmonella

Milk, its not for grown adults of any species.  Fun fact, not only mammals produce MILK, https://biology.stackexchange.com/questions/39291/are-there-any-non-mammalian-species-known-that-lactate

So the dairy lobby trying to reclassify what is or isn’t milk can GFT!

Before the potato blight that hit Ireland this humble spud quadrupaled the population & they felt as if they were eating like royalty. It is completely shameful to see a minority of vegans attempt to malign the potato based on GI or GL… Its either ignorance, stupidity or narcissism… their choice.

https://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2002nl/apr/potatoes.htm (more on how Glycemic index and load fail potatoes)

“Nowadays Ireland ranks 16th in potato-eating worldwide (you’ll notice a trend among the top countries: Belarus, Turkmenistan, Poland, Estonia, Russia and Kazakhstan.) Remarkably, the EU recently announced it was launching an ad campaign to get the Irish to eat more potatoes.” (from blog above)

Please stand up to potato maligners, they are dead wrong & its harming people and animals.

Standing Strong in the Windy City

As part of its Skyline Stories video series, the Chicago Architecture Foundation highlights Willis Tower as a seminal skyscraper that helped transform supertall building design. Formerly known as the Sears Tower, the Chicago icon is comprised of nine squared tubes, each rigid within itself without internal supports. The tubes are bundled together and terminate at varying heights, creating a multi-tiered, wind-resistant form. Watch the video

I know no one wants to hear this. I know that dogs are incredibly loved and important to many of us. They are part of our families, and our best friends. The Yulin Festival is heinous and unthinkable….but it is no different than the cruelty we inflict on farmed animals in our own countries. All animals feel pain and fear. All of them form bonds and have the capacity to enjoy life. Just because YOU value the life of a dog over the life of a pig doesn’t mean a pig is worth any less. And it certainly doesn’t mean that a pig deserves to be abused and killed. Spend time with a pig, or a cow or a chicken. If you love animals, you will begin to understand.

So to those who write racist remarks about the Chinese, take a look at what your own country is doing to species that are valued less because of your own culture. Yes, the Yulin Festival is horrific…but so is the meat industry.

I won’t speak for all liberals, but I’d like to see a future where it isn’t a big deal for a woman in full modesty garb to sit next to a drag queen in NYC. It’s become a bit of a sensation, but her and I were just existing. The freedom to simply be yourself in a sea of people who aren’t like you is a freedom we all deserve.

The central irony is that this isn’t some hypothetical future–it’s just present day reality. This is a picture of two ordinary people going about their normal lives despite how haters want to politicize it lmao. So the underlying message is not “future liberals want” it’s “people conservatives want to eradicate”

Statistics are so hard to understand. Like you know how less than 1 percent of the population are vegan? And how between 47 to 60 percent of mono-crops like corn, soy and grains go to feed farmed animals, not humans? And how despite these two facts, vegans are still somehow solely responsible 100 percent of the exploitation of workers who pick those crops? I mean that makes no sense at all to me so I must just be really bad at maths.
